Outside there have a lot of programs that you can follow to reduce your fat and get your desire body. Even there are a lot but some of the programs that offered not really can help you to reduce your fat. In the end you still have that fat, so dissapointed.

What I prefer and suggested to all my friends is to start it by yourself. What I mean is that to start discipline yourself if you really want to loss your fat. For me, I'd like to eat something healthy for the purpose to reduce my weight and destroy my fat. Food loss weight, that's what I called it. I'm tired of joining a lot of program to loss fat but as a result me is still like before. You know what I mean right.
