What I prefer and suggested to all my friends is to start it by yourself. What I mean is that to start discipline yourself if you really want to loss your fat. For me, I'd like to eat something healthy for the purpose to reduce my weight and destroy my fat. Food loss weight, that's what I called it. I'm tired of joining a lot of program to loss fat but as a result me is still like before. You know what I mean right. Now I start to discipline myself by only eating a healthy food and I have a very good guideline for it. I found it really helpful though and I can't wait to see a result.
